COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake in greased 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut, thawed

Blend sugar into softened cream cheese; blend in milk and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cool cake and sprinkle with coconut.
