SEAFOOD SURPRISE 
1-2 lbs. cod fillet
2 qts. clams
10-20 little necks
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
4-5 quahogs
1 onion
Crushed red pepper
1 can beer

Combine in layers in large roast pan. Quahogs, clams, little necks bottom layer; shrimp and scallops next layer. Top with onions, red pepper and garlic powder. Top layer = fish with onions and green peppers. Mix 1 can beer with 4 cups water, add seasonings as desired, pour liquid over top layer and place on top of stove (2 burners), covered. Cook until shells start to open - remove cover and cook 10 minutes, uncovered. Serve alone or over rice.
