CHEESE SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. pork sausage browned and drained
1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

Saute onion and green pepper in fat. Combine 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix with sausage, onion and green pepper. Spread into 2 prepared pie shells. Combine 2 eggs, beaten, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
