SPICY SHRIMP | |
1 lb. lg. shrimp 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. dried rosemary 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. dried basil 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. paprika 4 tbsp. lemon juice First peel off the shell then melt the butter in a pan. Add all the ingredients and after that add the shrimp and coat, stirring to coat the shrimp with the spices, over medium high heat for about 10 minutes until the shrimp are white and plump. |
