POT PIE 
10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. sage
2 c. water
1 tbsp. bouillon
1 tbsp. onion
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. onion chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
3 c. chicken or 1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. parsley

Cook vegetables. Cook onions and mushrooms until tender in butter. Stir in flour, sage, salt and pepper. Add water milk and bouillon all at once. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer. Stir in vegetables, cook chicken or browned ground beef. Turn into 12 x 7 x 2 baking pan. Stir until moistened onion, water, biscuit mix and parsley. Roll or pat dough to fit top of baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or golden.
