MARINATED SALMON 
1/4 c. apple cider
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
2-3 salmon steaks

Combine cider and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 3 minutes. Add butter and garlic. Cook for approximately 20 minutes. Let cool. Pour over salmon, cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Don't marinate over 30 minutes. Great cooked on the grill.
