MARINATED SALMON STEAK 
2 (8 oz.) salmon steaks (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch thick)
1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
1/2 c. white dry white wine
1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lemon slices, optional
Fresh dill weed sprigs, optional

Place salmon steak in an 8 inch square baking dish. Add next 5 ingredients. Cover and chill 45 minutes, turning once. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 20 minutes.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes, basting with remaining marinade. Garnish with lemon slices and dill weed sprig. 146 calories.
