BROILED SALMON STEAK 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 (4 to 5 oz.) salmon steaks

Mix all ingredients and pour over fish. Refrigerate 1 hour; turn steaks once. Remove fish from marinade. Broil on lightly greased rack 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn; brush with marinade. Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
