SURPRISE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (5 oz.) jar pimiento cheese spread
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid; set pineapple aside. Add enough water to reserved liquid to make 1 1/2 cups. Bring liquid to a boil; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Chill gelatin until slightly thickened.

Use a fork to stir cheese spread into thickened gelatin. Fold in pineapple, Cool Whip and pecans. Pour into an 8" square pan. Chill until firm.
