CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients into a dough. Butter a glass pie dish and pat crumbs around bottom and sides.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) regular pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) small pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
juice of 1 lemon
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together, beating well. Pour into crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
