FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 c. red or green seedless grapes, halved
1 (15 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. almonds, slivered & toasted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients and toss well. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to chicken mixture, stirring well. Chill. Serves 6.
