FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onions
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves

In large bowl combine first seven ingredients. Blend mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Pour dressing over chicken mix and toss gently. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, mix in noodles. Turn salad into lettuce lined serving bowl. Serves 8 persons.
