FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss with chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple and oranges. Chill.
