BROILED TOMATOES WITH PARMESAN
CHEESE
 
4 lg. tomatoes
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. Italian herb seasoning

Wash tomatoes; remove stems; slice; place in large broiler pan. Combine bread crumbs, butter, Parmesan cheese and seasoning; spoon over tomatoes. Broil 10 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until tomatoes are hot and crumbs are browned. Serve at once. 4 servings.
