BROILED TOMATOES 
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tomatoes
salt, pepper, paprika and parsley

Mix first three ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Halve tomatoes. Put mixture on top of tomatoes; sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Place in flat pan and cook in a very hot (500°F) oven or under broiler until bubbly.
