HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
4 pkgs. (3 oz. size) cream cheese, softened
6 oz. blue cheese, softened
6 oz. processed Cheddar cheese spread
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. MSG
1 c. ground pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley

In medium bowl, combine cheeses, onion, Worcestershire and MSG. Beat until well blended.

Stir in 1/2 cup ground nuts and 1/4 cup parsley. Shape into ball. Wrap in waxed paper or plastic film, then in foil. Refrigerate overnight.

About 1 hour before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts and parsley. Place on serving plate and surround with crackers.
