WHOLE WHEAT QUICK BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. Mix flours, sugar, soda and salt. Slowly add buttermilk until well blended. Bake 1 hour.
