CHERRY CREAM CRUNCH DESSERT | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. pkg. Dream Whip 1 can cherry pie filling Put butter in pan, mix in graham cracker crumbs and press on bottom only and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Blend cream cheese, milk, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Spread on crust while it is still warm. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and place in refrigerator until cold; top with whip cream (do not use canned or frozen whip cream). Spread pie filling on top of whip cream. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Keep refrigerated. |
