ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
2 lg. cans water
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (or to taste)

Brown ground chuck and onion together until no more pink. Drain. Add tomatoes, paste and water that have been blended in blender. Add salt and red pepper. Bring to a boil then simmer approximately 2-3 hours until 1/2 original amount in pan. Serve over any pasta.
