SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
3 links mild Italian sausage 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 2 sm. zucchini, shredded 8 oz. ricotta cheese 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 pie crust Remove sausages from casing and brown in skillet. Add mushrooms and saute lightly. Drain liquid. Add zucchini, ricotta and Swiss cheese. Beat eggs with milk, and add to mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. |
