THREE WEEKS SLAW 
2 lb. white cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 white onions, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. salt

Combine cabbage, peppers, onions and sugar. Mix well. Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt, bring to a hard boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir very well. Store in refrigerator in airtight container. Flavor improves with age. Will keep refrigerated more than month.
