GREEN BEAN AND CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
2 cucumbers, pared, sliced & chilled
1 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook green beans until tender but crisp. Chill. Mix sour cream, pimento, onion, dill weed, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill. Toss beans, cucumbers and dressing together at serving time. Serves 6-8.
