THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen French cut green beans, thawed
1 pkg. frozen yellow wax beans, thawed
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar (less, if preferred)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. diced celery
Fresh ground pepper

Mix beans with onion and green pepper. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper and pour over bean mixture. Let stand several hours. Drain off marinade. Add sour cream and celery. Mix well. Serve chilled.
