PIQUANT LIMA BEAN SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen lima beans
1 c. diced celery
1 dill pickle, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish mustard

Cook lima beans according to package directions; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with lima beans. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
