SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar well. Add 4 eggs, slightly beaten and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder, soda. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and about 1 cup sugar over top. Use cinnamon to taste. This makes 4 nice size coffee cakes. Good after frozen. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
