CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1 c. diced carrots
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 pt. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese

Cook chicken in salted water. When done, cut up chicken. Add vegetables and cook until done. Add cheese, soup, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat to avoid scorching.
