CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
Dash pepper

In a large saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour. Stir in milk, cream and broth. Cook and stir until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly; reduce heat. Stir in chicken and pepper; heat through. Makes 4 servings.
