BUTTERFINGER DESSERT | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. graham crackers, crushed 1 c. soda crackers, crushed 2 pkg. sm. instant pudding 2 c. milk 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream 1 tub Cool Whip 3 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed Mix together butter, graham crackers and soda crackers. Divide this in half and set 1/2 in refrigerator. Beat pudding and milk. Add ice cream and fold together. Chill. Put 1/2 of cracker mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add ice cream and pudding mixture on that and spread Cool Whip on top. Combine the Butterfingers and other 1/2 of crackers and sprinkle on Cool Whip. Chill. |
