SCALLOPS AU GRATIN 
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 pkgs. frozen scallops
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash nutmeg
Dash paprika
Cheese, grated

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Add mushrooms and scallops. Cook until scallops separate. Combine soup, lemon juice and seasonings in a casserole. Add scallop mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
