TOMATO VEGETABLE SOUP | |
4 c. tomato juice 2 c. mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained 2 c. French style green beans, drained 2 c. asparagus, drained 2 c. bean sprouts, drained 4 pkgs. George Washington seasoning (golden) Salt and pepper to taste 2 pkgs. Knox gelatin Blend all and simmer for couple of hours. Makes 4 servings. Each serving equals = 1 fruit exchange, 4 vegetable exchange, 10 optional calories. |
