GREEK BEEF STEW 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 lb. pork stew meat
1 lb. veal stew meat
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
crushed garlic
1 or 2 jars sm. whole onions
4 or 5 bay leaves
salt
pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar

Brown meat and drain off grease. In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients plus 2 cans of water. Bring to a boil. Let simmer 2 hours. Season to taste.
