1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. reduced calorie butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. Egg Substitute 2 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; blend well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 48 cookies. Per serving (1 cookie). 60 calories; 0 cholesterol; 1 gm fat; 35 mg sodium. |
