SOUR CREAM SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and dry mustard. Dredge serving size pieces of round steak in mixture. Brown meat in hot oil, when good and brown add onion, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook a few minutes, add sour cream. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Can be cooked slowly on top of stove.
