1 c. butter 6 tbsp. powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. finely chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar, add flour and then vanilla. Roll in balls about the size of a walnut, put on baking sheet. Press the middle down. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees about 30 minutes. Cook until a very light brown. Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar. |
