CREAMY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. vanilla ice cream, melted
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries

Stir flour into ice cream until all flour is dissolved. Add blueberries; fold gently. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
