HONEY RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. In large mixing bowl, stir together Raisin Bran, milk and honey. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is soft. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour batter evenly in 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
