LILLIAN'S PARMESAN POPOVERS 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Preheat greased muffin tins or custard cups. Beat eggs. Stir in milk. Add flour, cheese and salt. Beat until well blended. Pour into muffin pans or cups. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately. Good for any occasion.
