PAPER SACK CHICKEN 
1 lg. fryer (whole) washed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (optional)
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt

Mix last 5 ingredients. Rub over the whole chicken inside and out. Put in brown paper sack and twist ends. Put in shallow pan or cookie sheet. Bake 2 hours at 400 degrees. You may be hesitant to try this, but the sack will not burn. It's very good.
