SHORT-CUT LASAGNA 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. noodles, uncooked
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
3/4 tbsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ricotta cheese
5 c. water
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce

Brown beef and onion, add ingredients (except cheese and noodles). Simmer 25 minutes. Grease pan,

LAYER: Start with sauce, dry noodles, sauce, cheese and end with sauce, cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Makes two 9x13 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour tightly covered. I always freeze one and pull it out for an easy meal later.
