ORANGE CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello, orange, dry
1 (8 or 12 oz.) low calorie cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Chill about 8 hours. Cut into squares and serve. Keeps well for several days.
