CATFISH PARMESAN 
2 lbs. catfish fillets
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper
Paprika

Place catfish fillets in a single layer in well greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 6.
