Catfish Parmesan 
1/2 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Crushed Dried Basil Leaves
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 lb. Skinless Catfish Fillets
1/3 cup Lowfat Milk
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2. In small bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and seasonings.

3. Dip fillets in milk and roll in crumb mixture.

4. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Arrange fish in pan and drizzle with oil.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
