ITALIAN CREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water

1 c. pecans
2 c. coconut

Makes three layers.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. milk

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans

Frost while cake is warm.
