3 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
5 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Together then add salad oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Stir just enough to mix. Bake at 350 degrees until done. No frosting is needed, it's a very moist cake.
