2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 pkg. frozen pizza dough
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Sauté chicken strips in vegetable oil until done. Roll pizza dough out in a rectangle. Spread out chicken strips lengthwise on dough. Sprinkle with green onions, salt, pepper and Monterey Jack cheese. Roll up from long side of dough. Slice with serrated knife into 8 pieces.

Bake in 400°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Put green chilies and green onions in blender with oil and puree. Then add sour cream and salt; blend. Serve with rollups.
