SWEDISH PEPPARKAKERS 
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
Orange rind
1 tsp. vinegar with 3 tsp. baking soda

Boil sugars, molasses, butter and spices. Add 1/2 cup of flour to the boiling mixture. Remove from stove and add the vinegar-baking soda mixture. Beat. When lukewarm, add eggs and beat. Add the rest of the flour and cornstarch. Roll out very thin and cut shapes with cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
