CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE | |
1 butter recipe Duncan Hines cake mix 1 sm. pkg. coconut 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut 1 sm. box Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow directions on back of box for cooking cake. When cake is done punch holes in it with a fork. Pour cream of coconut over top, then cool. Then mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk, mix good then add coconut. Pour over cooled cake then sprinkle with pecans. |
