CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up (skinned if desired)
3/4 c. Miracle Whip (or light Miracle Whip, can even use mayonnaise if desired)
3 c. Rice Krispies, crushed fine
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

Mix Rice Krispies, paprika, salt and lemon pepper together and put in plastic bag. Shake to mix well. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Put 2 pieces at a time in bag, or on a plate, to coat well. Put in greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for at least 1 hour or until brown and tender.
