CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts (skinned)
1 "sleeve" (small inside package) of Ritz crackers (crushed)
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 stick of butter

Melt butter, mix cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese. Spray shallow baking pan with Pam. Dip chicken in batter, coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with Honey Dijon Ranch dressing.
