2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes 1/2 med. onion 2 tbsp. cilantro or parsley 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 2 med. jalapeno peppers Process onion, garlic, and peppers until evenly chopped. Pour into bowl. Drain as much liquid off tomatoes as possible. Process tomatoes, parsley, and lemon juice. Process tomatoes to the chunkiness desired. Add to onion mixture. Add salt to taste. Serve with chips. |
